Embark on a journey of personal transformation

A yoga teacher training is for anyone interested in deepening their yoga practice, not just for those who wish to teach yoga. It’s an inwards journey as much as it is a physical journey. The Udaya 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training is a three-month part-time program where we explore yoga history, philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation and so much more!

Our training is vinyasa-focused but explores multiple yoga traditions, integrating them into a versatile, and practical approach. Our objective is to provide each of our trainees with a solid foundation in the philosophy of yoga, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and teaching skills to lead with authenticity, confidence, compassion, and safety while honoring individual style and unique voices.

All classes are online, live via Zoom, or available to catch up on the online platform. Our program goes beyond the three months we have together. You will have lifetime access to all online lectures, future 200hr trainings, yoga classes, a library of resources, and a community. Our online program maintains integrity in training, depth of learning, and personalized experience one should expect from studio-based teacher training. The Udaya 200-hr YTT includes guest lecturers, teaching a range of modules such as Anatomy, Somatic Movement, Philosophy, Prenatal yoga, Modifications, Accessible Yoga, and Inversions.

Whether you join to become a teacher or simply to deepen your own practice, the Udaya Yoga teacher training will uniquely prepare you to step into your practice with purpose, confidence, and a deep understanding of yoga.

"Cait is an inspiring teacher, full of passion and a wealth of knowledge beyond the course curriculum. She recognized me for where I was, at the start and took me to a place where I hardly recognize myself. Thank you for being my teacher and thank you  for sharing your wisdom with us and your love for yoga on and off the mat! You are truly inspiring. Namaste.”

Shirley Stewart

"I would highly recommend following a yoga teacher training with Cait. I enjoyed the reading material, the lectures, and the physical practices thoroughly. The way concepts were taught was easy to understand, while the discussions on the concepts were thought-provoking. Cait created a community of yoga teachers that I will cherish. If you are looking for a safe space to learn and to connect, this training is for you.”

Yasemin de Zoete

"The online course is designed so beautifully allowing you to still manage your daily life. Working full-time and being a mom of three boys I managed effortlessly with the course. Cait is gentle, loving, and kind, she understands life and allows you to move at your own pace that suits you, she encourages you to be your authentic self and to shine that authenticity brightly as you progress on this journey becoming a Yoga Teacher."
