ABOUT THE COURSE

15-hour Mindfulness & Breathwork Training
 

This course in mindfulness and breathwork is an online training. No experience is needed to join.

This training is an exploration of the art of mindfulness and breathwork. During this course, you will gain practical skills in mindfulness and breathwork that you can use in every aspect of your life and create a solid foundation of knowledge and skills you can share with other.

The course goes way beyond training in breathwork and mindfulness. This is a beautifully transformative training that leaves you with a practical skillset you can apply to your own life as well as share with others.

 

When we learn how to use the breath skillfully, it becomes one of our best resources.

This training consists of four modules:

  • Module 1 – Mindfulness & Meditation

What is Mindfulness and Meditation + How to start a practice

Philosophy & psychology behind mindfulness

Techniques + practice

  • Module 2 – The Art of Breathwork

The importance of breath

Breathwork techniques

How breathing affects the body

  • Module 3 – The Science

the conscious & subconscious mind // stress // The brain, the nervous system, endocrine system + the respiratory system

  • Module 4 – Teaching Methodology
