All classes are online, live via Zoom, or available to catch up on the online platform. Our program goes beyond the two months we have together. You will have lifetime access to all online lectures, future meditation trainings, yoga classes, a library of resources, and a community. Our online program maintains integrity in training, depth of learning, and personalised experience one should expect from studio-based teacher training.

Whether you join to enhance your skills as a teacher or simply to deepen your own practice, the Udaya meditation training will uniquely prepare you to step into your practice with purpose, and confidence.

  • Classes are held live on Zoom. Each session is recorded and added to our online classroom, which can be accessed through the app or via the website so you will never miss a thing. This is a part-time training, with the option to complete the course at your own pace, in your own time.

  • Best decision

    Doing the 200 YTT was one of the best decisions I've made. A truly transformational personal journey. I learnt so much, not only in terms of the content material, but everything in between. Cait's presence, energy, patience, understanding and empathy was incredible and created a safe space to explore the various aspects of yoga philosophy and one's own inward journey. This training is a platform for personal growth and I highly recommend anyone looking for something "more" (even if you don't yet know what it is) to do this.     Cait is a profound and exceptional teacher, yogini and human. You cannot do better than to start or prolong your yoga journey with Cait. She is effective at leading you down the path in a kind and caring manner that allows you to be you and discover more about yourself without it being uncomfortable or heavy. I was lucky enough to start my Yoga Teacher Training in person with Cait and to be allowed to finish via Zoom. She is caring and considerate and aware that life happens and sometimes we need a break from ourselves and our further learning so that we can come back to it from a different perspective when needed.   • Now the teachings of yoga begin

    This training is so much more than just yoga poses or learning how to teach, it includes such indispensable tools and knowledge to assist on this journey called life. Caitlyn, so passionate, thoughtful and understanding, has set out all the coursework in such a fun and intentional way that is extremely easy to follow along live or catchup anytime.
