You will have lifetime access to all online lectures, future meditation trainings, yoga classes, a library of resources, and a community. Classes are held live on Zoom. Each session is recorded and added to our online classroom, which can be accessed through the app or via the website so you will never miss a thing. This is a part-time training, with the option to complete the course at your own pace, in your own time.
