This 30-hour online training offers a deep dive into mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, drawing from both science and yogic philosophy.
Whether you're new to these practices or looking to share them with others, this course is designed to meet you where you are. Over eight weeks, we’ll explore how to integrate mindfulness and breathwork into your daily life, how to teach from experience (not just theory), and how to hold space in a way that feels real and rooted.
You’ll walk away with practical tools, a deeper understanding of the work, and the confidence to share it in your own way, with your own voice.

Classes are held live online. Each session is recorded and added to our online classroom, which can be accessed through the app or via the website so you will never miss a thing. This is a live and interactive training, but can be attended offline for those who either can’t make the live sessions or prefer to work at their own pace
