  • None! No prior experience is necessary, only a love for yoga and a willingness to learn. The lectures in this course have come from our live 200 & 300 hour yoga teacher trainings, all designed for students who want to deepen their practice.

  • This course is specifically tailored for yoga teachers or practitioners aiming to explore their understanding and deepen their personal practice. It does not, on its own, grant a teaching certification.

    However, should you decide to pursue teaching certification afterward, we offer another pathway: the full tuition fee paid for this course will be credited towards either our Udaya 200-hour or 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs. This offers a seamless transition for those wishing to embark on the teaching path, ensuring your investment in your yoga journey continues to support your professional and personal growth.

  • We understand that diving deep into yoga practices and philosophy can sometimes present challenges. To ensure you have the support you need, I (me, Cait :) ) am accessible for assistance via email and also available for online consultations throughout the course duration. Included in your tuition are two complimentary online consultations, which you can use to discuss any difficulties you're facing with the course material or to deepen your understanding of specific concepts and practices. These sessions are a valuable opportunity to receive personalised guidance and support, ensuring you can navigate the course confidently and make the most of your learning experience.

  • Upon successfully completing your final quiz, your submission will be reviewed to ensure you have met all the necessary requirements. Once confirmed, a link will be emailed to you, allowing you to download your certificate directly.

    We issue certificates on a bi-weekly basis, so we kindly ask for your patience during this period. Please allow for this timeframe when planning to receive your certificate.
